In a professional context, coaching is an effective form of consulting for individuals (or teams), which is characterized by a coach and a client (coachee) working systematically over several coaching sessions on a predefined coaching goal. The coach is a process consultant who accompanies the coachee in finding a solution by using appropriate methods.
If you have a concern in a professional context that you would like to work on in a coaching process, our first priority is to get to know each other in a video call or telephone conversation. After that, we ideally start working together in coaching sessions and have defined the overarching coaching goal for the overall process. Depending on the concerns, usually 4-5 coaching sessions of 2 hours each (60 min. each) are conducted. Appointments are coordinated with each other, taking into account a reasonable interval.
The goal of the coaching process is to reach your defined coaching goal and to accompany you with psychological expertise in the best possible way.
