As a business psychologist, I advise decision-makers at the corporate management level, as well as executives in their success-relevant personnel and organizational development issues. Aligned with the strategic requirements of companies as well as individual work contexts, I consult and actively support clients in effective, professionally designed and inspiring behavioral and competence development processes.
I have been doing this with great passion for over 15 years in various professional roles and with experience in diverse industries, cultures and companies of different sizes.
Through my project and leadership roles as a human resources and organizational developer, transformation and culture manager, and management consultant, I know about the challenges and constraints of internationally operating companies. New Work, agilization and digitization projects, as well as the applications of Artificial Intelligence that go beyond them, are changing our everyday working lives and placing the focus even more strongly on people with their emotional and interpretive intelligence as well as genuine collaboration skills and diversity of perspectives. This is precisely where business psychology expertise becomes significant.
