Transformation, AI, New Work, Agile Organization and Culture Development are just a few of the topics that are currently having a strong impact on companies´ people and leadership development and require adjustments in systematic personnel and culture development.
One of these necessary requirements is to re-think current competency development concepts and to expand and shift the focus on the so-called meta-competencies or also future skills. This is because they answer the question of which competencies are needed by employees and leaders in order to best handle the demands acting on them by transformation and change activities.
My training programs (see below) focus on training and strengthening precisely these meta-competencies. The training programs can be booked in several, shorter virtual sessions or as a full-day presence training. Learning transfer tasks, individual or tandem coaching sessions or blended learning tools are important components of the learning design. All trainings are methodically and didactically designed to focus on individual experiential learning and effective anchoring.
